SHIPPING POLICY

Vulpera Lifestyle Private Limited currently offers shipping across Maharashtra and Goa. Pan-India shipping will be introduced progressively.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE across Maharashtra and Goa, with no minimum order value required for free shipping. Vulpera absorbs the standard shipping cost within its product pricing, and no separate standard shipping charge will be charged to customers.

Cash on Delivery orders attract an additional ₹50 COD/convenience charge.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation/payment or, in the case of eligible COD orders, after order verification.

Estimated Delivery

Maharashtra: 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Goa: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimated delivery timelines and are not guaranteed delivery commitments. Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, serviceability limitations or circumstances beyond Vulpera’s reasonable control.

Shipping Partner and Tracking

Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its associated courier partners. Customers will receive shipment tracking information after dispatch, subject to the availability of tracking information from the courier partner.

Serviceability

Delivery is subject to PIN-code serviceability. If a particular PIN code is not serviceable, Vulpera may be unable to accept or fulfil the order to that location.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and reachable contact details. Vulpera is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer or repeated failure to accept delivery.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are encouraged to photograph or record a video of the package if it appears damaged or tampered with and contact Vulpera within 48 hours of delivery.

COD

COD is currently available within the applicable Maharashtra and Goa service area and may be subject to order verification. Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD deliveries may result in COD availability being restricted for future orders.
